Senior Technical Product Operations Specialist | $60–80/hr | Remote (US)

Join a prestigious tech company's Product & Regulatory Operations organization as a Senior Technical Product Operations Specialist. In this high-impact role, you'll drive product quality, growth, and engagement through data-driven decision-making, SQL-powered analytics, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-functional program management. This is a full-time, W-2 position employed through Cincinnatus, an enterprise staffing partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program execution strategy across multiple products and platforms, from 0-to-1 initiatives to quality improvements via technical and programmatic solutions
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations) to extract insights from complex datasets
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using internal tools and Google Sheets to support real-time stakeholder decision-making
  • Leverage AI agents and tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate data analysis, and prototype solutions
  • Proactively identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies with clear cross-functional communication
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong organizational rigor and a self-starter mindset
  • Support data annotation, labeling, and LLM training workflows across product quality teams

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product operations
  • Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience writing advanced queries
  • Comfortable working with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows
  • Expert-level Google Workspace skills, especially Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, automated workflows)
  • Strong critical thinking and data-driven problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with data annotation, labeling, and LLM training in product quality environments
  • Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with VS Code or similar development environments
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools or AI-assisted code generation
  • Dashboard and data visualization experience (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure
  • Background in QA, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical specifications
