Join a pioneering team building the next-generation AI design tool for product teams. As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of collaborative design software, working closely with the founding team and top-tier investors from OpenAI, Google, and Dropbox.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate directly with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into high-quality, production-ready code.
• Optimize performance and scalability for real-time collaborative features using advanced technologies.
• Architect core systems and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
• Integrate with design tools and developer environments to enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• 8+ years as a frontend engineer in a product-focused tech company.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with atomic state management (Recoil, Zustand, Jotai, or Redux).
• Proficiency with real-time collaboration tools (Yjs, CRDTs, WebSocket/Socket.io).
• Performance optimization skills, including virtualization and WebAssembly integration.
• Basic Node.js/API integration, REST/GraphQL knowledge.

Bonus Skills:

• SVG/canvas rendering libraries (React-Konva, React-Flow, React Three, D3.js).
• DevOps experience (Docker, CI/CD).
• Background with Figma-like apps or collaborative editors.
• WebRTC knowledge and open-source contributions.
