What you'll do
Help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic scientific and engineering tasks. Build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on professional STEM work as it is done in mainland China.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a scientist or engineer in research or industry.
- Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese.
- A degree from a top-20 university in mainland China.
- Comfort with quantitative analysis, technical documentation, and data-heavy problem solving.
- A master's degree or PhD is a plus.
Pay and schedule
$50 per hour, approximately 21 hours per week. The pilot runs from October 23 to November 19.
Location
Remote. The tasks focus on STEM work practices in mainland China.
