  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Apply harm taxonomies and guidelines, even in ambiguous scenarios.
    • Document reasoning to improve annotation guidelines and processes.
    • Collaborate with a flexible team to support AI safety research and risk audits.
  • Ideal Background:
    • Experience in national security, defense, government policy, or crisis management.
    • Skilled in structured risk framing and communicating vulnerabilities to decision-makers.
    • Comfortable addressing emerging risks in AI systems.
    • Relevant past roles include Intelligence Officer, Policy Advisor, Crisis Operations Manager, and more.
