Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end billing and payments workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to optimize financial operations
- Monitor transaction performance, identify anomalies, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance and best practices within payment systems
