MICRO1 is seeking a skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in business operations and financial analysis. In this role, you will evaluate and interpret complex financial and operational charts, design precise evaluation tasks, and contribute to the development of high-quality AI training datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret financial and operational charts, graphs, and data visualizations
• Apply multi-step quantitative reasoning to analyze complex business scenarios
• Design clear, unambiguous questions and tasks based on chart data
• Use domain-specific terminology with precision to ensure clarity and consistency
• Collaborate effectively with a distributed remote team across time zones

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in chart and data interpretation within business or financial contexts
• Demonstrated ability to perform multi-step quantitative analysis
• Experience in question design or task construction with a focus on clarity and accuracy
• Familiarity with financial and operational terminology
