MICRO1 is seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert in Medicine and Biostatistics to support AI training and evaluation initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex medical charts, design precise research questions, and apply advanced quantitative reasoning to ensure accuracy and clarity in scientific data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret medical and biostatistical charts, graphs, and data visualizations
• Apply multi-step quantitative reasoning to evaluate and validate scientific findings
• Design clear, unambiguous tasks and questions rooted in domain-specific terminology
• Collaborate effectively with a distributed remote team to meet project milestones
• Ensure precision and consistency in all scientific content produced

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong background in medicine, biostatistics, or a related sciences research field
• Proven ability to interpret complex charts and data with high accuracy
• Experience in question design and task construction for research or evaluation purposes
