Subject Matter Expert – Recruitment | Contractor | Fully Remote | ~40 hrs/week

Turing is seeking experienced recruiting and HR professionals to help build and evaluate AI systems that support sourcing, recruiting operations, and HR workflows. This is a short-term contractor engagement ideal for those with deep hands-on experience in tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Workday.

What You'll Do

• Create realistic hiring and recruiting workflow scenarios for AI training and evaluation
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to sourcing, screening, and recruiting operations
• Build synthetic candidate profiles, job requisitions, and scorecards
• Identify edge cases such as duplicate applications, offer approval failures, and ATS/HRIS sync issues

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, HRBP, TA Ops, or HR Operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Workday
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruiting workflows and hiring operations

Nice to Have

• Experience with ATS/HRIS administration
• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA compliance in a recruiting context
• Prior experience with AI evaluation or LLM workflows

Engagement Details

• Type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave benefits)
• Hours: 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST
• Duration: 4 weeks, with an expected start date of next week
• Environment: Fully remote
