Role Overview

In this role, you will apply your deep sales expertise to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated content related to sales strategies, CRM workflows, and customer engagement. Your insights will directly enhance the accuracy and practical relevance of AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and evaluate sales-related content and AI-generated responses.
• Develop realistic sales scenarios, case studies, and customer interaction examples.
• Assess content for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI models' understanding of sales concepts and processes.
• Apply established sales methodologies to evaluate practical business situations.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in sales-related outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, closing, and retention.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Project Details

• Project-based engagement with a defined number of evaluation tasks.
• Each task involves multi-chatbot comparison and final assessment.
• Duration: 2 weeks.
