• Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and organize legal and financial documents following detailed project guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity in all compiled materials.
  • Adhere to structured documentation processes and quality standards.
  • Verify sources and confirm all data is from public, verifiable platforms.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and meet deadlines.
• Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of active legal practice in Taiwan.
  • Experience in litigation or corporate/transactional law.
  • Familiarity with Taiwanese legal and regulatory document sources.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver quality work on short timelines.
• Role Details:
  • Part-time, project-based contractor position.
  • Expected duration: 2–3 weeks, 10–20 hours per week.
