In this flexible, fully remote role, you will design and evaluate complex tax scenarios used to train and refine AI models — bridging the gap between real-world tax practice and cutting-edge artificial intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine tax preparation and planning challenges to train AI models.
- Design realistic tax scenarios that test an AI's ability to interpret and apply complex tax principles.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, compliance, and practical insight across federal and state tax topics.
- Ensure AI models can navigate real-world tax compliance, strategic planning, and regulatory requirements with precision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a tax accountant, tax preparer, or in a tax compliance role.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
