Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual and/or business income tax returns with accuracy and compliance
• Provide expert tax advisory services across a range of financial scenarios
• Contribute to AI training initiatives by evaluating and scoring tax-related content using structured rubrics
• Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
• Proven experience in income tax preparation and filing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to apply structured rubric-based evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with or interest in AI training and content review processes
