Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual and/or business income tax returns with accuracy and compliance
- Provide expert tax advisory services across a range of financial scenarios
- Contribute to AI training initiatives by evaluating and scoring tax-related content using structured rubrics
- Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
- Proven experience in income tax preparation and filing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply structured rubric-based evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with or interest in AI training and content review processes
