Join a cutting-edge product engineering team focused on delivering next-generation consumer technology through electromyography (EMG) innovation. As a Technical Program Manager for Product Design Engineering (PDE), you will drive complex, cross-functional programs from early concept through mass production, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of haptics, human perception, audio, input, and display technology.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate across engineering, product management, industrial design, architecture, and operations to define and deliver next-generation products.
  • Develop and manage development, delivery, and qualification strategies and schedules based on technical requirements, lead times, and business priorities.
  • Manage engineering builds from early prototyping through qualification, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively addressed.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between internal engineering teams and external vendor partners.
  • Drive technical issue resolution and maintain clear, timely program status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Contribute to resource planning and budget management to support program success.
  • Ensure all program documentation is complete, current, and accessible for review.
  • Champion best practices and technology development processes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Bring

  • BS in an Engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of Program Management experience overseeing PDE programs from concept to mass production, ideally within consumer electronics.
  • Familiarity with phase gate approaches to technology development.
  • Experience with component and module qualification, validation, and characterization processes.
  • Proficiency in issue/bug tracking tools and risk management methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively alongside technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive collaborative outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
