Technical Project Manager (AI) | Full Time | Mumbai or Bangalore | 10–15 Years Experience

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI to lead high-impact projects from ideation through deployment. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise delivery, requiring someone who can bridge technical teams and business stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of AI/ML and Generative AI projects (LLMs, RAG, NLP, and more)
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, sprint planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Champion Agile/Scrum practices to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical execution plans for AI solutions
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks — and drive mitigation strategies
• Track KPIs and project progress; communicate status clearly to leadership
• Ensure model deployment, scalability, and production readiness in partnership with engineering teams
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and maintain strong stakeholder communication
• Manage vendors and partners where applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management
• Proven track record managing AI/ML and Generative AI projects
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, NLP, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with the ML lifecycle: data preparation, training, evaluation, and deployment
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Basic proficiency in Python or ability to read and understand AI/ML codebases
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, or Hugging Face
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines
• Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
• PMP or Scrum certification is a plus
• Prior experience in enterprise AI transformations or large-scale digital programs
