Technical Project Manager | India | Remote
Pay: $15K to $45K per year • Full-Time Position
Mercor is hiring Technical Project Managers to lead high-impact projects supporting top AI companies. You will oversee the full lifecycle of customer engagements, coordinating recruitment, data pipeline design, and project delivery. This is an opportunity to directly shape AI model training initiatives while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Design and manage recruitment pipelines to source domain experts for AI model training projects.
Implement and oversee assessment strategies to ensure high-quality talent matching client needs.
Coordinate with operations and internal teams to design and manage data pipelines for project delivery.
Partner with Engagement Managers to establish infrastructure, track KPIs, and meet deadlines.
Manage client relationships by translating requirements into actionable plans.
Onboard and collaborate with domain experts to ensure alignment with project goals.
Continuously refine processes, introducing automation and efficiency improvements.
Background in research, consulting, data science, or business.
Technical expertise in fields such as data science or computer science is preferred.
Experience using data analysis tools like Excel and project management software.
Experience with client interactions and recruitment processes is a plus.
Passion for technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Critical thinking, problem solving, and logical reasoning skills.
