Mercor is seeking experienced Telemarketers in the Administrative and Support and Waste Management and Remediation Services sector to contribute to a research project for one of the world’s leading AI companies. You will use your industry expertise to create high-quality, occupation-specific questions that will help train AI systems to better understand telemarketing processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate and relevant questions based on professional telemarketing experience.

Ensure content aligns with industry standards, terminology, and communication strategies.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet project objectives.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience as a Telemarketer.

Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.

Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Role Details

Fully remote and asynchronous work environment.

Minimum of 15 hours per week commitment.

Project runs for approximately 3 to 4 weeks after start date.
Compensation and Terms

Competitive hourly rate based on professional background and geographic location.

Weekly payments via Stripe Connect for hours worked.

Independent contractor classification on an at-will basis.

Advertised rate applies to U.S.-based applicants; rates for other locations will be adjusted accordingly.
