Telemarketers (NAICS 56)

Mercor is seeking experienced Telemarketers in the Administrative and Support and Waste Management and Remediation Services sector to contribute to a research project for one of the world’s leading AI companies. You will use your industry expertise to create high-quality, occupation-specific questions that will help train AI systems to better understand telemarketing processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and relevant questions based on professional telemarketing experience.

• Ensure content aligns with industry standards, terminology, and communication strategies.

• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience as a Telemarketer.

• Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.

• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Role Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous work environment.

• Minimum of 15 hours per week commitment.

• Project runs for approximately 3 to 4 weeks after start date.

Compensation and Terms

• Competitive hourly rate based on professional background and geographic location.

• Weekly payments via Stripe Connect for hours worked.

• Independent contractor classification on an at-will basis.

• Advertised rate applies to U.S.-based applicants; rates for other locations will be adjusted accordingly.

• H1-B and STEM OPT visa holders are not eligible at this time.
