Telugu Transcription Expert | $10–24/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a skilled Telugu Transcription Expert to join our growing team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented language professional with strong Telugu proficiency and a passion for accurate, high-quality transcription and linguistic work.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio and video content accurately from Telugu into written form
• Perform linguistic annotation and labeling tasks to support AI and data projects
• Edit and proofread transcriptions to ensure grammatical accuracy and cultural appropriateness
• Apply cultural competency to ensure nuanced and contextually correct output
• Utilize annotation tools effectively to complete tasks within deadlines
• Communicate clearly with team leads regarding progress, questions, and feedback

Required Skills

• Native or near-native Telugu language proficiency
• Proven experience in transcription and/or linguistic annotation
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities
• Familiarity with annotation and transcription tools
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with strong remote work discipline
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
