TensorFlow Expert | $75/hr | Worldwide Remote

AFTERQUERY is seeking highly skilled ML, systems, and distributed systems engineers with deep, internals-level TensorFlow expertise. This is a contract opportunity for professionals who have gone beyond surface-level usage and have hands-on experience with TensorFlow's core internals.

You'll contribute to advanced machine learning infrastructure and systems work, leveraging your deep knowledge of TensorFlow's internal architecture. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive at the intersection of ML research and systems engineering.

Required Qualifications

• Full-time professional or research experience with TensorFlow (required)
• Demonstrated internals-level expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • Custom C++/CUDA ops and kernels
  • tf.function / AutoGraph tracing internals
  • Distributed training internals (tf.distribute, collective ops)
  • Graph-level compiler work (Grappler, XLA integration)
• Access to suitable hardware — a GPU-enabled local machine or cloud instance

Compensation

$75/hr — Contract engagement.
