About the Role:
Mercor is seeking experienced exam preparation tutors for a unique project with a top AI research organization. In this flexible, remote role, you'll use your expertise in standardized test prep (SAT, GMAT, MCAT, ACT, etc.) to help refine AI models designed to simulate and enhance expert-level tutoring. This is a great opportunity for professionals seeking meaningful, short-term work in educational technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate AI-generated exam questions and answers for accuracy and pedagogical soundness.

• Draft high-quality standardized test questions and detailed explanatory content.

• Collaborate remotely with AI researchers to improve model responses to student queries and test prep scenarios.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher, ideally in Education or a relevant subject area.

• At least 5 years of hands-on tutoring experience for standardized exams (SAT, GMAT, MCAT, ACT, etc.).

• Strong test score on your area of specialization.

• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to produce rigorous, clear, and effective test prep materials.

Role Highlights:
