Role Overview

As a Text Situated Alignment Generalist, you will create realistic social scenarios, interact with an AI language model under various evaluation conditions, and assess the quality of its responses. This is an ideal opportunity for creative, analytical individuals with a background in business analysis, data annotation, or content evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop realistic, ongoing social scenarios involving personal, professional, or interpersonal context.
• Interact with the language model under assigned evaluation conditions.
• Evaluate model responses for relevance, usefulness, personalization, clarity, and contextual alignment.
• Provide clear, detailed written feedback explaining each rating decision.
• Adhere to project guidelines and complete tasks within required timelines.

Requirements

• Strong written English proficiency and clear communication skills.
• Experience in human-AI interaction, data annotation, content evaluation, or similar analytical work.
• Creative and analytical thinking when constructing realistic social scenarios.
• Ability to understand nuanced interpersonal situations and evaluate responses objectively.
• Preferred: Background in Business Analysis, image/video annotation, or related fields.
