We are looking for a skilled Training & Development Specialist to join our business operations team on a contract basis. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver impactful learning programs that drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness — all within a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define clear learning objectives and program goals aligned with business needs
