We're looking for a skilled Training & Development Specialist to design, build, and deliver impactful learning programs within our business operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Define clear learning and program objectives aligned with business goals
• Design and develop engaging educational content for diverse audiences
• Build assessments such as quizzes and rubrics to measure learning outcomes
• Create and manage end-to-end learning programs from concept to delivery
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a fully remote setting

Required Skills

• Proven experience defining learning objectives and program goals
