We are seeking a skilled Transactional Attorney to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with a strong background in technology transactions, contract drafting, and deal negotiation. You will play a key role in supporting business operations through sound legal counsel and precise documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
- Provide in-house counsel-level guidance on transactional and business matters
- Lead and support deal negotiations with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Manage technology transactions, including SaaS, licensing, and vendor agreements
- Ensure all documentation meets legal standards with exceptional attention to detail
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across business transactions
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as in-house counsel or in a transactional legal role
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Deep familiarity with technology transactions and related agreements
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
