Transactional Attorney | $80–105/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a skilled Transactional Attorney to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with a strong background in technology transactions, contract drafting, and deal negotiation. You will play a key role in supporting business operations through sound legal counsel and precise documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
• Provide in-house counsel-level guidance on transactional and business matters
• Lead and support deal negotiations with internal stakeholders and external parties
• Manage technology transactions, including SaaS, licensing, and vendor agreements
• Ensure all documentation meets legal standards with exceptional attention to detail
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across business transactions

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as in-house counsel or in a transactional legal role
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Deep familiarity with technology transactions and related agreements
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
