Transactional Attorney | $80–105/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to support complex deal negotiations, technology transactions, and contract drafting on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to work with a dynamic organization in the technology space.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and transactional agreements
• Provide in-house counsel-level guidance on technology transactions and business deals
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across various deal structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all legal documentation and correspondence

Required Skills & Experience

• In-House Counsel Experience: Proven background advising businesses from within, understanding operational and strategic priorities
• Contract Drafting: Strong ability to draft clear, enforceable agreements across multiple transaction types
• Deal Negotiation: Skilled negotiator with experience closing complex commercial deals
• Technology Transactions: Familiarity with SaaS agreements, licensing, data privacy, and other tech-related legal matters
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in reviewing and producing legal documents

Compensation

$80–$105/hr, commensurate with experience.
