Transactional Attorney | $90–150/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to support complex deal-making, contract negotiations, and technology transactions on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to work flexibly while contributing to high-impact business agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
• Provide in-house counsel-level guidance on transactional and legal matters
• Lead deal negotiations with internal stakeholders and external counterparties
• Redline and revise contracts to protect organizational interests
• Advise on technology transactions, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as in-house counsel or in a transactional legal role
• Strong proficiency in contract drafting and redlining
• Demonstrated expertise in deal negotiation and closing complex agreements
• Experience with technology transactions and related legal frameworks
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $90–$150/hr (based on experience)
• Engagement: Contract / Freelance
