We are seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to support complex deal-making, contract negotiations, and technology transactions on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to work flexibly while contributing to high-impact business agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
- Provide in-house counsel-level guidance on transactional and legal matters
- Lead deal negotiations with internal stakeholders and external counterparties
- Redline and revise contracts to protect organizational interests
- Advise on technology transactions, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as in-house counsel or in a transactional legal role
- Strong proficiency in contract drafting and redlining
- Demonstrated expertise in deal negotiation and closing complex agreements
- Experience with technology transactions and related legal frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
Compensation & Details
- Rate: $90–$150/hr (based on experience)
