Transactional Attorney | $90–130/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in commercial contracts and financial agreements, capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Draft and finalize agreements including MSAs, NDAs, and ISDA documentation
• Identify and mitigate legal and business risks within contractual terms
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to reach favorable contract outcomes
• Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and company policies

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in contract redlining, drafting, and negotiation
• Strong familiarity with ISDA agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Law degree (J.D.) and active bar membership preferred
