Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and refine contract playbooks to standardize negotiation positions and internal processes
- Perform detailed redlining of complex commercial agreements, identifying risk and proposing practical solutions
- Lead contract drafting across a variety of transaction types, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and legal compliance
- Drive contract negotiations with counterparties, balancing business objectives with legal risk management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to advise on transactional matters
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in commercial or transactional law
- Strong proficiency in redlining and contract drafting across diverse agreement types
- Experience building or working with contract playbooks
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
This is a fully remote contractor engagement offering competitive hourly compensation between $100 and $200 per hour, commensurate with experience.
