Transcription Specialist (Danish) | Freelance / Contract | Worldwide Remote
Turing is seeking a bilingual Transcription Specialist fluent in both English and Danish to help fine-tune and improve large language models (LLMs). This is a fully remote, part-time contractor role offering up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

Role Overview
In this role, you will contribute directly to training and improving AI language models by answering analytical questions, creating training scenarios, validating claims through research, and providing detailed annotations. Your work will help models reason more accurately — and you'll gain hands-on expertise in AI along the way.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Answer a variety of analytical and reasoning-based questions to train LLM models.
- Create scenarios and examples that expose model weaknesses and guide improvements.
- Summarize and break down large content into logical, structured segments.
- Conduct online research to validate claims and support annotations.
- Provide constructive feedback and detailed written explanations.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Danish is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator).
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite.
- Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
Engagement Details
- Type: Contractor / Freelancer (no medical or paid leave benefits)
- Hours: Up to 20 hours/week preferred
- Overlap Required: 2–5 hours/day with UTC-8:00 (America/Los Angeles)
Evaluation Process (approx. 80–90 minutes total)
- Automated analytical challenge (~30 minutes)
- Business writing assessment in English (~30 minutes)
