Transcription Specialist (Hebrew) | AI Training Role | Worldwide Remote

Turing is seeking a bilingual Hebrew & English Transcription Specialist to help fine-tune and improve large language models (LLMs). This is a fully remote contract role where your analytical and linguistic skills directly shape the future of AI. No specialized domain experience required — just sharp thinking and strong communication.

What You'll Do

• Answer analytical questions and create training scenarios to improve LLM performance.
• Read, summarize, and break down large content into clear, logical segments.
• Conduct online research to validate claims and fact-check content.
• Provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback on model outputs.
• Collaborate with AI systems to solve complex reasoning puzzles.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Hebrew (mandatory).
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week with overlap during US business hours.
• Reliable desktop or laptop with a strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, translator, or editor).
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite.
• Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
