Role Overview

In this role, you will work directly with large language models — analyzing content, validating claims, and creating training scenarios that help AI systems reason more accurately. No specialized domain experience is required; your analytical mindset and bilingual fluency are what matter most.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Answer complex analytical questions and develop training scenarios for LLM improvement.
  • Read, summarize, and break down large content into logical, structured segments.
  • Conduct online research to validate claims and support model training.
  • Provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback on AI-generated outputs.
  • Collaborate with the Turing team to identify and correct model errors.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Swedish is mandatory.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, overlapping US business hours.
  • Reliable desktop or laptop with a strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, translator, or editor).
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite.
  • Strong data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills.

This is a unique opportunity to future-proof your career in an AI-first world while contributing to cutting-edge language model development at a global scale.
