Travel Agent | $20–35/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Travel Agent to join our dynamic sales and marketing team on a contract basis. In this role, you will help clients plan and book seamless travel experiences while leveraging your expertise in customer service, negotiation, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning, booking, and managing travel itineraries tailored to their needs and budgets
• Negotiate with vendors, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and packages
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process
• Read and interpret travel documents, contracts, and itineraries with high accuracy
• Coordinate scheduling for complex, multi-destination travel arrangements
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive sales

Required Skills

• Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Reading Comprehension: Ability to accurately interpret travel documents and contracts
• Scheduling: Strong organizational skills for managing complex itineraries
• Negotiation: Experience negotiating rates and packages with travel vendors
• Sales: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a travel or related environment
