Role Overview

In this role, you will serve as the travel and event operations expert setting the quality benchmark for domain-specific AI applications. You will evaluate and refine AI-generated tools, grounding advanced travel planning and event management logic into large language models to ensure outputs meet professional industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Authoring Skills & Guardrails: Define discovery parameters—routes, party sizes, vendor scopes, budget ceilings—and operational guardrails for AI builders and canvases.
  • Context & Workflow Co-Design: Co-design interview workflows and validate context files including booking confirmations, vendor quotes, and guest lists.
  • Grounding Golden Assets: Verify multi-city itinerary logic, cost-splitting formulas, milestone payment dates, and validation dropdowns across trip planners and event trackers.
  • Quality Sign-Off: Review and approve AI-generated outputs to ensure full alignment with professional travel agency, destination management, and event execution standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in travel planning, event/meeting coordination, agency operations, or hospitality management.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of multi-city itinerary flows, vendor deposit/balance tracking, guest RSVP management, and shared-cost allocation formulas.
  • Writing & Logic Translation: Strong professional writing skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into deterministic spreadsheet formulas and validation structures.
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled in modeling granular cost drivers, tracking per-person splits, and building contingency buffers (10–15%).
  • Technical Setup: Personal desktop or laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection for remote work.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is a plus but not required.

Engagement Details

  • Type: Contractor
  • Duration: Up to 10 weeks
  • Hours: 40 hours/week with 8 hours of PST overlap required

Evaluation Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will receive a Job Interest Form.
  • Finalized candidates will complete a delivery interview before proceeding.
