Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine LLM prompts related to travel, real estate, hospitality, and events
• Evaluate and score AI-generated model outputs using structured rubric-based frameworks
• Provide expert-level feedback to improve model accuracy and relevance within your domain
• Collaborate on Rubric-style tasks consistent with Mercor's evaluation standards

Ideal Candidate

• Proven professional experience in one or more of the following: real estate, hospitality, tourism, or event planning/strategy
• Prior experience working with Mercor on AI evaluation or prompt engineering tasks
• Comfortable assessing and critiquing AI-generated content with precision and clarity
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

This is a flexible, remote contractor role. Hours and workload may vary based on project needs.
