The Role
As a Turkish Advanced AI Data Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI technology. You'll work closely with a team of trainers, following protocols developed by leading AI researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train the AI: Generate exemplary conversations, act as both user and AI, and help the system interpret vast amounts of human knowledge.
- Evaluate the AI: Assess the AI's performance in terms of safety, accuracy, and overall benefit to humanity.
- Test the AI: Identify potential weaknesses in the system and contribute to improving its robustness and reliability.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Turkish (C1-C2 level)
- Conversational to Advanced English proficiency (B1-C1 level)
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Keen interest in linguistics and language
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated learner with strong documentation skills
