MICRO1 is seeking a detail-oriented finance specialist to evaluate and assess U.S. tax workflows. In this contractor role, you will review tax-related processes, apply structured rubrics, and provide expert feedback to help improve AI-driven financial tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate U.S. tax workflows for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Apply standardized rubrics to assess data quality and process integrity
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in tax-related documentation and outputs
• Provide clear, structured feedback using Google Workspace tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine evaluation criteria and improve workflow standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong financial literacy with a solid understanding of U.S. tax filing processes
• Experience with data review and quality assessment
• Ability to apply rubric-based evaluation frameworks accurately and consistently
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
