UI/UX Designer Expert | $60–$120/hr | Worldwide Remote | Async & Paid Weekly

AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced UI/UX Designers to help build design evaluation frameworks and Figma workflow scenarios used by frontier AI labs to assess model judgment. This is a flexible, fully remote contractor role with weekly pay and async collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Design and document UI/UX evaluation scenarios for AI model testing
• Build structured Figma workflows that assess design decision-making and judgment
• Clearly articulate and document your design reasoning in written form
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team of design and AI professionals

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional UI or UX design experience
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Figma or a comparable product design tool
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped product or interface design work
• Excellent written English for documenting design rationale and reasoning
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
