UI / Visual Designer Specialist | $90–140/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI / Visual Designer Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will craft visually compelling, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces while maintaining consistency across design systems and component libraries. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually polished user interfaces across web and mobile platforms
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Apply best practices in typography, color theory, and layout to deliver high-quality visual experiences
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility (WCAG) standards and responsive design principles
• Create and maintain thorough design documentation to support cross-functional teams
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design direction

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Strong command of UI design principles, including typography, color, and layout
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-device compatibility
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Ability to produce clear and comprehensive design documentation

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $90–$140/hr (based on experience)
