UX Designer Specialist | $90–140/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UX Designer Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will lead user experience efforts across research, design, and evaluation — helping shape intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and synthesize findings to inform design decisions
• Perform usability testing and heuristic evaluations to identify friction points
• Design and document information architecture and interaction design patterns
• Execute thorough UX audits and produce clear, actionable usability reports
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive and polished user experiences
