Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights for product and design teams
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to inform and validate design decisions
• Develop research frameworks and methodologies tailored to project needs
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Required Skills

• UX Research – Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• User Research – Experience recruiting participants and conducting in-depth studies
• Usability Testing – Proficiency in moderated and unmoderated testing techniques
• UX/UI Design – Familiarity with design principles to bridge research and design workflows
