UX/UI Designer at micro1

UX/UI Designer | $25–40/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our software engineering team on a contract basis. In this role, you will craft intuitive, visually compelling user experiences that drive engagement and usability across digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Leverage Adobe Analytics to analyze user behavior and inform design decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries

Required Skills

• UX/UI Design — strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
• Figma — proficiency in prototyping, components, and collaborative design
• Adobe Analytics — ability to interpret data and translate insights into design improvements

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $25–$40/hr (based on experience)
