Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage design projects using Vectorworks software
• Create and maintain accurate technical drawings and documentation
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality design outputs
• Apply BIM methodologies to support project workflows
• Utilize AutoCAD as needed for cross-platform compatibility and file exchange

Required Skills

• Vectorworks – Advanced proficiency required
• AutoCAD – Working knowledge for multi-platform projects
• BIM (Building Information Modeling) – Experience with BIM processes and standards
