Turing is seeking experienced Venture Capital professionals to collaborate with AI researchers and help train and evaluate frontier AI models. What You'll Do

• Evaluate large language models (LLMs) on venture capital topics including startup valuation, term sheet analysis, cap table modeling, and market sizing.
• Develop rubrics to assess AI model performance on tasks such as early-stage due diligence, funding round structuring, and VC portfolio construction.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to shape training methodologies, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Venture Capital (e.g., seed/Series A–C investing, VC fund operations, or startup advisory).
• Strong understanding of startup valuation methods, term sheet negotiation, cap table mechanics, and venture fund economics.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• CFA (Level I, II, or III), MBA in Finance, or hands-on operational experience at a high-growth startup.

Engagement Details

• Commitment: Flexible, 10–30 hours per week
• Duration: Approximately 1 month, with potential extension based on performance and project needs
