Veterinarian Expert | $95–$145/hr | Remote (US) | Async Contractor Role

AFTERQUERY is seeking licensed veterinarians to help shape the future of AI in clinical medicine. In this role, you will author and evaluate veterinary clinical scenarios used by frontier AI labs to benchmark and improve veterinary reasoning capabilities. Work is fully remote, asynchronous, and paid weekly.

This is an excellent opportunity for practicing veterinarians looking to contribute to cutting-edge AI development while maintaining a flexible schedule alongside existing commitments.

Responsibilities

• Author detailed, clinically accurate veterinary scenarios for AI evaluation
• Grade and assess AI-generated responses to clinical cases
• Document clear clinical reasoning to support scenario development
• Contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible, async schedule

Required Qualifications

• DVM or VMD with an active, unencumbered US veterinary license
• 2+ years of hands-on clinical practice experience
• Depth of knowledge in small animal, large animal, or mixed practice — including pharmacology and dosing
• Strong written English communication skills for documenting clinical reasoning
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $95–$145/hr based on experience
