Join a leading AI lab's GenAI team as a Visual Quality Reviewer, where your expert eye helps shape the next generation of AI-powered video upscaling and super resolution models. This is a part-time W-2 position employed through Cincinnatus LLC, embedded within a top-tier AI lab's extended workforce.

About the Role

This AI lab is developing models that sharpen and upscale video at a professional level — and they need reviewers who can evaluate results frame by frame with precision. You'll assess AI-generated video output for compression artifacts, noise, aliasing, softness, and other pixel-level flaws that most viewers never notice. Your feedback directly informs model improvement and quality benchmarks.

Ideal Backgrounds

• VFX Supervisor – elite eye for pixel-level flaws and grain-structure inconsistencies
• Rendering Supervisor – experienced running dailies and owning visual quality
• Lighting Supervisor / Lead / Artist – deep knowledge of illumination and digital video
• Colorist – skilled in color grading, artifact detection, and visual consistency
• Director of Photography / Cinematographer – strong judgment of sharpness and high-resolution detail
• Effects or Surfacing Artist – command of textures, materials, and visual simulation
• High-End Photographer – attuned to lighting, depth of field, and color artifacts
• Director – especially with crowd and background action experience
• Digital Projectionist – trained in final-output fidelity and visual anomaly detection

Core Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• 7–10 years of experience in high-end visual evaluation across film, VFX, or professional photography
• Formal training from a respected film, VFX, or digital media program
• Reliable access to a 4K-resolution monitor for pixel-level review
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows, including generating visual samples for testing
• Ability to translate complex visual observations into clear, precise written evaluations
