Web Developers | Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services | Remote
Pay: $80 to $150 per hour • Hourly Contract • Flexible Hours

Mercor is seeking experienced Web Developers in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector to contribute to a research project for one of the world’s leading AI companies. You will use your professional expertise to design occupation-specific questions that will help train AI systems to better understand web development processes and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate, detailed questions based on real-world web development work.

• Ensure content reflects professional standards, best practices, and current technologies.

• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience as a Web Developer.

• Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.

• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).

• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to technical accuracy.

Role Details

• Fully remote, asynchronous work schedule.

• Minimum of 15 hours per week commitment.

• Project runs approximately 3 to 4 weeks after start date.

Compensation and Terms

• Competitive hourly rate based on your background and location.

• Weekly payments via Stripe Connect for hours worked.

• Independent contractor classification on an at-will basis.

• Advertised rate applies to U.S.-based applicants; international rates will be adjusted accordingly.

• H1-B and STEM OPT visa holders are not eligible at this time.
