Mercor is seeking experienced wholesale sales managers to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This unique engagement allows you to contribute your real-world expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently on your own schedule.

This role focuses on creating realistic sales management scenarios and validating AI responses based on your professional experience in wholesale trade. Work remotely with flexible hours, starting immediately for approximately 6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world sales management work in wholesale trade based on your professional experience
• Create realistic situations involving team leadership, sales strategy development, client relationship management, and territory planning
• Develop scenarios for setting sales targets, coaching sales representatives, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends
• Review and evaluate AI responses to wholesale sales management queries for accuracy and professional standards
• Provide detailed feedback on sales leadership scenarios to improve AI training

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience as a sales manager in wholesale trade (14 years preferred)
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities
• Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
• Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz

Work Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours
• Project start date: immediately, lasting approximately 6 weeks
• Independent contractor engagement with hourly compensation paid weekly via Stripe Connect
