Youth Well-being Study Participant at Mercor

Research Study Participant (Parent + Child) | $120 Flat Fee | Remote – United States Only

Mercor is recruiting families on behalf of Stanford University and Bocconi University for the Youth Well-being Project — a research study exploring how smartphones and digital tools affect children and families. This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity requiring approximately one hour of your time.

What You'll Do

• Complete online surveys about your child and respond to brief text-message check-ins
• Install a parental-control app on your child's smartphone for the duration of the study
• Your child will complete two short online surveys and a few text-message questions about their well-being

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Must be a parent or legal guardian of a child aged 9–13
• Your child must have their own smartphone
• Willingness to install a parental-control app on your child's device
• Both you and your child must be willing to participate together

Study Details

• Format: Online surveys and short text-message check-ins
• Time Commitment: Approximately 1 hour of surveys total
• Compensation: $120 flat fee upon study completion (one-time payment)
• Participation: One child per household
• Start Date: Beginning soon
