Definitions
- CV: A document created by users to showcase their professional qualifications,
experience, and skills.
- Wallet: An in-app Nano wallet used for transactions within Benture's platform.
- Job Post: A listing created by employers to advertise job openings and seek potential
candidates.
- Employer: An individual or business entity that creates job posts and seeks candidates
through Benture's platform.
- Job Seeker: An individual using Benture's platform to search for job opportunities and
create CVs.
Terms and Conditions
- Benture reserves the right to delete CVs it deems inappropriate unconditionally.
- Benture reserves the right to delete job posts it deems inappropriate unconditionally. If a job post is
deleted, the relevant amount will be refunded to the user's wallet based on the active duration of the
post.
- CVs with sharing features enabled can be shared by Benture with any employer. This allows Benture to
connect job seekers and employers more efficiently.
- CVs without the sharing feature enabled are still accessible to the public via the URL of the CV.
- Benture provides the seed and private key information for wallets when they are created. Users can use
these keys to access their balances in case of service disruption.
- Benture is not responsible for losses, deposits, or withdrawals from wallets where the seed and private
key have been provided to the user.
- In the event of a service disruption, denial of service attack, or other technical issues:
- Benture is not responsible for any transactions that occur on any wallet.
- Benture is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of job posts and CVs.
- Benture recommends using the wallet only for job posting payments and suggests using self-custody
wallets like Natrium and Nault.cc for large transactions.
- The "fast matching" feature may not always result in finding a suitable employee. Benture is not
responsible for this.
General Disclaimers
- No Warranty: Benture provides the services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Benture
does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Limitation of Liability: Benture will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of
its services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential
damages.
- Changes to the Terms: Benture reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be
notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
