About the role
An expert-level contractor role in military law. You will research, analyze and interpret military law and advise on military justice matters, working fully remotely.
What the work involves
- Legal research and analysis, including case law interpretation
- Interpreting military regulations, federal statutes and international law related to military justice
- Advising on courts-martial and military tribunals
- Legal writing and editing, and reviewing and synthesizing legal information
- Communicating complex legal concepts clearly and providing constructive feedback
- Identifying and resolving knowledge gaps in the work
Who it's for
- Expert-level military law expertise, including the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ)
- Strong legal research, analysis, writing and editing skills
- Comfortable with collaborative remote work and technical communication
Pay and commitment
$140-400/hr as a contractor. Fully remote.
