What You'll Do
Train & Develop AI Systems
- Create high-quality conversation examples by role-playing both user and AI interactions
- Help AI systems understand nuanced differences between facts, context, and behavioral patterns
- Contribute to building AI models that are safe, accurate, and beneficial to humanity
Evaluate & Test
- Assess AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and cultural appropriateness
- Conduct thorough testing to identify potential weaknesses in the AI's responses
- Document findings and propose improvements to training methodologies
- Collaborate with our team and clients to enhance AI performance

Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Chilean Spanish (C1-C2 level)
- Strong English communication skills (B1-C1 level)
- Located in Chile
- Available during EST/PST business hours
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Strong writing and analytical abilities
- Commitment to 20-40 hours per week
